TERMS OF SERVICE
If you commission me it will be assumed you have read and agreed to the TOS.
1. General Rules
a. The prices displayed on my commission sheet are nothing more than a baseline that can be marked up or down depending on what the client wants. This price can be discussed, but ultimately it will be me that will have the final say.
b1. I WILL DRAW: Cartoon Characters, Video Game Characters, Humanoid Characters, Anthropomorphic Characters, Concept Art, Storyboards, and Simple Background Art.
b2. I WON'T DRAW: Mecha, Armored Characters, Realism, nor NSFW.
c. I will not start the commission until payment is confirmed.
1. Client's Rights
a1. Clients have the right to cancel their commission BEFORE any work has been done, in which there will a refund issued by me. If a refund isn't issued in 7 business days then you may see fit to pursue other means of acquiring the money from me.
a2. If there has been progress made on the piece that has been provably shown to the client, then there will be no refunds issued. The only exception to this is if I discontinue the commission, in which case a full refund will be given.
b. An update on the state of the art or artist will be given each week I have yet to complete the commission.
c. You are allowed to request and schedule a call with me as I make the art. This is actually greatly encouraged as I enjoy live feedback. The progress of said call will be emailed to you afterwards.
1. Artist's Rights
a. My right as an artist grants ownership of the copyright of my artwork. I control the display and exhibition of my artwork, as well as its distribution (this just means I can post it on my social medias, and that I should be informed if my art is being or going to be used for merch). However I do not claim ownership of the character(s) the client commissions.
b. I have the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
1. Client's Obligations
a. I request that clients be as respectful as they can when making their commission. Disrespectful clients will have their commission refused or discontinued.
b1. Clients need to tell me everything they want so I can give a proper quote and accurately portray the character. When commissioning me, the following information should be in the message:
- Mode(s) of payment and what to search for.
- Whether the commission is for Personal or Commercial use. (if commercial please explain.)
- Type of illustration. Refer to the commission sheet, or refer to a picture from my gallery if wanting something else.
- If there's a deadline.
- References. Please refer to b2 for guidelines.
b2. The guidelines for references are as follows:
- Pictures of the character. If pictures are from another artist, please credit them to the best of your ability.
- Color palettes, moodboards, sketches, and photos.
- A brief description of the character. You can also refer me to pages dedicated to said character.
c. Please credit me if you're to repost my art.
